This is because fire safety is considered essential work and our engineers are classed as key workers.
That means we are available for the following activities (regardless of whether you are a new or an existing customer):
- Fire alarm servicing and testing
- Fire alarm emergency call-outs
- Fire alarm repairs and installations
- Fire extinguisher servicing
- Fire extinguisher supply and commissioning
- Fire Risk Assessments
Of course, our team are following all of the correct protocols, including maintaining social distance and frequent washing of hands for 20 seconds.
This also means that we have members of the team self-isolating due to infection or household infection.
So please bear with us, it may take us longer than usual to get someone out to you.
